Very happy with my fallout figure collection! Well packaged and turned up in display condition. (External packaging not damaged so can display as intended). Only reason not 5 star is because delivery does take quite a while to be dispatched. Delivery was well within the time frame given though and I was aware at purchase of the time frame. Would just be nicer if items could be dispatched within a week rather than after 2 weeks. Already have a pre order for a death claw and nuka cola Lucy from the season 2 collection. :)

I checked again as still had been a while they explaied it was at eu wearehouse and takes time as was a presale team was very helpful. I recived my bag today am very happy with item

I mainly order pre-sale Funko Pops so obviously don’t receive them straight away but I am always kept up to date with an email letting me know as soon as they have them. Then fast delivery, extremely well packaged, never any damage. Customer service has always been fantastic if ever a problem with order or any questions I have. All round excellent service, I have bought all my Funko Pops from here for over a year now and they would always be my first choice

Very happy with the peppa pig advent calendar. I am glad I ordered it so far in advance because the delivery took a long time. It was colony from the EU warehouse. I made a query about the delivery and they replied promptly amd explained the reason, which I was satisfied with and happy to wait. I would buy from them again. Obviously I haven't opened it. It's for my granddaughter for Christmas. I won't know the quality of the contents until then.

Messaged customer service and while I didn't get a response I did get a notice my order was mailed out. Arrived a few days later in perfect order and plenty of time for the missus birthday. My impatience for the item was compounded by the fact that when I ordered the item it said it would be coming from the euro warehouse, which can take up to 20 days. I did not see this, so please check before ordering. For the amount of money I saved, I was happy to wait
