We buy some Funko POPs and video games the public. However every POP is examined by our team of experts. Unless the item is described as box damaged the product will be in "As New" condition.

All standard size Funko POPs are dispatched in high quality POP Protectors. More expensive POPs are sent in Hard Stack protectors.

All Funko POPs are guaranteed genuine and are covered by our no fake guarantee. Please contact us if you have any concerns.

Damaged box POPs will have some sort of damage to the box. In most cases this will just be a slight dent or tear but in some cases it can be more severe such as water damage or ripped boxes etc. We use photos of or stock on each listing but that may not be the one you receive so please ask for photos of the item if you are concerned about the level of damage.

Payment

As well as the usual cards we also take payment through Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Clearpay.

Order Shipment

All UK instock orders are processed and dispatched within 1 working day.

Stock from our EU warehouse delivered in 7-14 working days.

All UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail with delivery confirmation included. More expensive orders will be sent fully tracked.

International orders are dispatched by the Royal Mail International fully Tracked service.
