UK Warehouse

All items in stock at our UK warehouse are dispatched within one working day.

UK orders are free for orders over £50 from same location (Otherwise it is £3.99 for Royal Mail Tracked 48 Delivery)

We use Royal Mail with delivery confirmation for most orders.

UK Warehouse Orders will usually arrive in 1 to 4 working days of dispatch (unless Express Delivery selected)

However please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.

UK Partners

All items in stock at our UK partners are ordered into our UK warehouse and then forwarded on to you within one working day.

UK orders are free for orders over £50 from same location (Otherwise it is £3.99 for Royal Mail Tracked 48 Delivery)

We use Royal Mail with delivery confirmation for most orders.

UK Partner Orders will usually arrive in 3 to 10 working days of dispatch (unless Express Delivery selected)

However please allow up to 15 working days for delivery.

EU Warehouse

Delivery to a UK address from our EU Warehouse will usually be in 5-15 working days.

UK orders are free for orders over £50 from same location (Otherwise it is £3.99 for Royal Mail Tracked 48 Delivery)

However please allow up to 40 working days for delivery during busy periods.

UK Tracking will be added when the goods reach our UK distribution centre.

Heavy/Large Products

Products over 12kg and/or over 60cm are likely to be sent on an individual pallet to protect the goods. 

Delivery in these cases would normally be in 10-40 working days).

PRESALE Products

Pre-orders will be dispatched as soon as the stock becomes available.

Please Note: Preorder release dates are subject to change by our supplier. Not all retailers get stock at the same time.

We are happy to cancel and refund any pre-order up until dispatch. However please note that if a pre-order is paid for by PayPal there is a hard 90 day limit for editing/refunding all PayPal transactions. If a Pre-order is cancelled after that period only store credit can be given.
