Messaged customer service and while I didn't get a response I did get a notice my order was mailed out. Arrived a few days later in perfect order and plenty of time for the missus birthday. As advertised and problems fixed quick. I'll be checking back in for any future needs that's for sure.

Once delivered the product was amazing. Well packed and in great condition. My impatience for the item was compounded by the fact that when I ordered the item it said it would be coming from the euro warehouse, which can take up to 20 days. I did not see this, so please check before ordering. For the amount of money I saved, I was happy to wait

Took a while to arrive but said 20 working days when I ordered and it was 21 but that was down to the amount of bank holidays in May. Very good response to emails and very polite. Prices much better than elsewhere do well worth the wait ☺️
