Please package your items safely and make sure they are well protected to ensure they will not be damaged in transit, we cannot be held responsible for any damage and this could reduce the trade-in price we can offer.
Once your items have been received and examined by our trade-in processing team you will receive an email letting you know how much credit you will receive.
We may deduct value from any quote for damaged boxes, counterfeit pops or misidentified POPs.
You should receive this email within 3 working days of the package arriving at our warehouse.
IMPORTANT: If your quote is valued over £200 we strongly advise using a different courier to send it to us as we can only compensate up to £100 (per parcel) if the Royal Mail lose any trade parcel.
We are happy to add £5-£20 to your quote to go towards any cost incurred. Please contact us.
