Messaged customer service and while I didn't get a response I did get a notice my order was mailed out. Arrived a few days later in perfect order and plenty of time for the missus birthday. Once delivered the product was amazing. Well packed and in great condition. My impatience for the item was compounded by the fact that when I ordered the item it said it would be coming from the euro warehouse, which can take up to 20 days. I did not see this, so please check before ordering. For the amount of money I saved, I was happy to wait
